Question : What is the best database software or hosting database creation service for starting an ecard website?
Looking for the cheapest and most easiest downloadable software or hosting service provider that would provide their own integrated database software to create an ecard website. Any or all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Most hosting sites offer a windows and linux based service, linux being the more popular. Either one should give you access to a database. If your gonna have your own server for hosting Linux is free and you can use MySQL as your DB.
