Wherever the battery is. In the main body of the mechanism there it a metal tab which will be either the “Positive or Negative”‘ terminal and on the inside of the case/cover where it touches the top side of the battery is the “Negative or Positive” terminal.

Digital clocks consist from a calculating unit or small microcontroller , and the output of the controller will go to a 7-segment decoder and then to a 7-segment display or to LCD to display the clock, you can take the output from the microcontroller directly if u want to do further processing, but also u can take it from the output of the LCD controller before it go to the LCD or 7-seg. if u want the display information,
note : most of digital clocks contains the processing unit and the LCD or 7-seg. controller in a one unit so its difficult to find the original o/p of the processing unit, so u can take the o/p be4 the display and do what u want

Terminals for WHAT inside a clock?

There are interfaces for setting the clock, changing the mode, the battery, and the display. Go to the local 99 cent store and buy one and take it apart.
