I want to learn to make digital photo cards. What version of photoshop would be best? Is elements ok for this?
I see there are multiple versions of elements out there as well. I’m at a loss on which photoshop version would be best for the creation of digital cards and invitations.
A friend uses only MS Paint and Word to make the photo cards she sells – and her cards are beautiful. They’re just her wonderful photos though with no embelishment or text. Elements should be enough for photo cards. The only version Adobe’s selling at the moment is the new version, 8. Beware buying versions that are too old. They don’t work well (and sometimes don’t work at all) with Vista and Windows 7. They are no longer supported by Adobe so you can’t register them and get updates for them.
