How do I download pictures from my computer to a digital picture frame?

I have a digital picture frame, brand new, that I may transfer the pictures from my computer would be. I have a card reader, however, my computer will not transfer pictures to it. I have a USB also. However neither the USB or the card reader fits into any part of the digital picture frame, or my digital camera. The only thing that me into the digital frame to match the camera and the computer is a small memory card, but when I put the memory card into the computer did not read that there is a memory available to save things. I’m soooo confused. HELP!
